Today when I went to pick Ella up from school I noticed a really good painting. I thought to myself “self, I wonder when Ella will start to paint like that”. I couldn’t make out what it was from where I was, but it was pretty. I love all of Ella’s art – she does lots of paint strokes and recently started to play with shapes and letters while painting. The, I notice the name on the top of the pretty picture… it says ELLA!! Then, I see what the pretty picture is of; there is a title on the top that reads “My Family”. OMG!

So this is how she sees her family <3 I am a giant purple head (that apparently needs to shave my goatee) and Bruce is on the bottom right of the painting – his four eyes are actually his glasses. Bastion is the tiny bald head on the bottom of the picture, and Ella is next to me with a big smile and purple hair. <3 Then, behind all of us are some of her friends. What a sweet and wonderful painting!
