Well, I am learning at this design thing! But, I have changed up the look of our blog.   I think it looks happy and cheerful, kinda like US!!

Today has been wonderful!  I am looking forward to getting to Seattle for Thanksgiving, and its even more exciting now that my brother is going to be able to make it!  He works in Alaska on the Bering Sea through the winters and we all just wish him home the second he leaves!  Well, hopefully this will be his last year up there, and THANKFULLY he will be home for thanksgiving!

I have been making a special dinner for Bruce, as he has been working an INSANE amount and deserves a little extra tummy yummy.  (And lets be real, I want it too).  So I was making filet mignon with gypsy bacon… that was until my dogs decided that they deserved the gypsy bacon.  HOW RUDE!  I think the entire neighborhood heard me scold them!  But, luckily I think ahead and had back-up bacon in the fridge!!

Hubby just got here, time to finish cooking!
